RockPlus Andon is an on-site rapid-response Andon System built on wireless radio frequency (RF) self-organizing network technology. It is mainly used for the multi-departmental collaborative handling of abnormal issues arising during production, such as those related to equipment, quality, processes, materials, personnel, and safety. When an anomaly occurs during production, on-site operators trigger the Andon to draw the attention of the relevant responsible parties, so that problems can be quickly identified and promptly resolved.
